Let me ask you a question,
fundamental in its simplicity.
A question around which
worlds can be built or burnt.
A question striking to
the very core of who you are.
A question that can define
the fabric of morality,
that might ask you to reconsider
all the choices made thus far.
A question asked within
the centre of our being.
Let me ask you a question,
with no words with which to formulate,
or pictures with which
it could ever be depicted.
A question with more
uncertainty than answer,
but calm and serenity
within it none the less.
A question that needs not
be asked again, nor answered
anywhere else but within yourself.
A question to ruin the people
we have become - a question
capsuled in absolute truth.
Let me ask you a question,
of love and patience,
of forgiveness and honesty,
of belief in what is true,
a question you have
most likely asked yourself before...
... The Question you know the answer to.
