Only for your love, I have wept: —
You formed roots inside my head!
I gave you life in fantasy,
Now…abandoned in misery.
If we would have live a little longer,
I could conclude that Love is stronger;
Stronger than your prejudice:
Love…for which I begged on knees!
I thought Love conquers beliefs: —
It is not a game the soul to tease!
In heart flows its energy,
Giving life: to soul—vitality.
When it came and knocked your door,
Was it proof you were looking for?
When you wrote: ‘FREE YOUR SOUL'—
You had in mind, to lock your door?
Too many years…for so long…
I fought malaise that you prolonged;
A hopeless road of such extend,
Disabled evolution to expand: —
Have you enjoyed lingering at the border
Between sanity, and madness a little longer?
For if, you felt with me the same,
Then, —we both lived a crazy game!

A lovely poem! I like the lucidity of your expression! My favorite lines: Have you enjoyed lingering at the border Between sanity, and madness a little longer? ................10
