Onslaught from nature

The storm
it is meant to warn
about the impending danger
that mankind is likely to suffer

It may take shape
with the finding of the gap
to cover large areas
and take on huge losses

whatever falls on the way
it is either removed or swept away
with great velocity
and spread entirely

it shows how helpless are we?
against the onslaught and seek mercy
from an almighty the creator
to escape the terror

more the evils spread a dragnet
there are descendants of bad fate
people suffer or their household is washed away
property damaged and houses razed on the ground
