Our Brains
Our brains
are connected
in some kind of
complex way
Our brains
they remind us
that we are
human beings
higher
in thinking
than the animal population
yet we have
caged ourselves
in our doubts and fears
Our brains
give us
insight
so that we may know
some of the mystery of life
some of the
rhyme and reason
of living
we owe
our brains
a debt of gratitude
we can never
ever repay!
