Let me have my say…
to brag—for all the word to hear
I loved you then
I love you now
and for as long as my heart holds out
I'll love you through eternity.

I make no boost
for it was written on my lips
when we first kissed
and on my loins
the moment we embraced…

I eulogize and praise
what time we've had together
(like a dream)
and magnified by our evening prayer—
we justify and hold strong too
our everlasting love.
