Our Kind Of Love Poem by Tony Assumang

Our Kind Of Love

Rating: 5.0

Seasons come, seasons go, but our love withers not
Like building a mansion, we started small but will finish huge
Strong winds come, strong winds go, our love crushes not
The end of matters is more important than the beginning
Love as bitter as lemon
Love as sweet as honey
Love always wins
My lady, my woman, my love
Keep me in your heart a prisoner
Break not the chains of love
Keep me anchored in your thoughts
All those nights
All those fights
Like an island, we are still engulfed in love
Can I swim across the ocean with you by my side?
With every breath we take
The sweet aroma of our love we smell
So let's keep breathing
From today till we are lost in love
