Our Love is Lost
I waited thousand years
But you have got terribly late
I have rubbed off words of love
That was written in my slate.
You look so queer and pale
In the dim-lit starry night
The time is out of hands
What’s the use of thinking wrong or right.
We are standing in the mouth of a python
Sitting motionless in a big cave
All words of love, that are spoken,
Are floated in ocean’s wave.
Your love is floating and glaring
Very secretly in deep sea water
Where the great whale drifts
Along with your love letter.
I searched you everywhere in the globe
Even in the forbidden realm of ghost
But it is because of Cupid’s curse
That our love is lost.
