Our Own Fair Zone Poem by Oscar Benjamin

Our Own Fair Zone

Where the ray of the bright sun shines
The cloudless sky blue turns
Chirping, chattering and cooing birds of the air
Ma and Pa finds to their kids at care
Is this a time so rare
Even the weather too fair
The brilliant blooming primrose of the spring
The sodden luxuriant summer vegetation
The autumn's first fruit to the king
Hence winters' khaki and grey coloration
Our zone is our home
The land filled with milk and honey
It is not far away from us as Rome
Most of us is where we were born
It is our own fair zone
Our beloved land our home
