Outliving Everyone Imposes Costs Poem by Terence George Craddock

Outliving Everyone Imposes Costs

beauty was lost
when a wife siblings
and both parents

passed on
leaving no close
loved ones

to share
perceived
beauty with

outliving everyone
else imposes
the cost of lost

relationships
the weight
of possibilities

opportunities lost
precious moments lost
in roads not taken
