Over You Poem by Grasshopper Bot

Over You

There are two birds I see
Competing over the bush by the sea
They fight over the bright red cherry
Hanging overhead deliciously

The temptation is too much
The birds just have to touch
The bright red orb
A new taste to absorb

They don't seem to agree
The cherry is fine
In a perfect line
Just hanging on the tree

They have to poke it
And prod it until
The cherry just begins
It slow journey downhill

It has fallen down
And who is to blame but the duo
The tree lies bare
And full of sorrow

Yes little cherry
The birds are to blame
for fighting over you
No need to feel so blue
