Oversea's Call Centres Poem by Paul Warren

Oversea's Call Centres

Do you wonder how much they save
By placing Call Centres in the oversea's grave
Have you tried to have them resolve
A problem that they should be able to solve

And you spend an hour on the telephone
Until in the end the problem is not gone
Frustration wins the day and resolution barred
When you wonder why is was so hard.

Very relevant and insightful! I just spoke to a call center in romania. they sounded like they were from transylvania I had to hang up the fone quick because their voice made me sick not to mention they wanted a blood donation. All joking aside, it really was romania. I've reached call centers in the philipines, india, mexico, Panama but romania was a first and the last. Not only is it not good customer service its not good for all the people who lose their jobs when those jobs are transferred to countries with cheap slave labor
