Once again, your words paint a portrait for the mind's eye.. uncomplicated and unadorned... emotionally raw and laid bare... and once again I am humbled by your mastery of form...

Anxiety Sufferers Enduring Symptoms Debilitating comparing case note files it must be apparent realized panic attack anxiety disorder victims have experienced different symptoms not one single disorder identified symptoms comprise a set of related conditions analyised; victim personality poor x experienced severe unexpected anxiety attacks while pair victims y and z intensely panicked at a mere thought crowd interacting with people at an event socialed not solely intense feelings but anxiety physical symptoms produced; symptoms debilitating weak shorn of strength vitality soundness of mind anxiety attack symptoms chill fear heart palpitations chest pain include hyperventilation a feeling of passing out or going crazy all trigger caused; by difficulties in breathing breath so easily normally taken for granted not treasured thus anxiety sufferers feel chills or hot flashes and feared during an attack nausea trembling as anxiety sufferers feel unreal detached; Copyright © Terence George Craddock Inspired by the poem 'Panic Attack (Tanka) ' by the poet Mihaela Pirjol.
