Stock-market today
may trend either way,
will inflation stay
or from us fly away?

To keep it at bay
all our ministers pray,
but the People wants pay
without further delay.

Their opinions to sway
is not easy, for they
are accustomed alway
to improvement each day.

With the worker français
overall social paix
can't occur by decree
nor planned austerity.

The answer I say,
where investment we play
is export subsidy
to oil-rich Araby!
