Pastures Of Humility Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Pastures Of Humility

Energizing an interior freedom and liberty with the utmost
care, not wanting to fracture or dent it in any way, follow-
ing paths of enlightenment into dimensions of tomorrow's
inventions and visions.

Toting reality and imagination into prose along with fantasy
and a delicate amount of feelings through senses and emotions,
thrilling to their rhythmic sounds and colors of intensity.

Promoting vigorous thoughts of creativity and ingenuity, alive
and well interiorly, forsaking the materialistic world of
humanity in order to fulfill this creative process and talent.

Taking on nature, life, humanity, like picking violets from a
pasture of humility, bouquets showing off their quiet, silent
splendor to all who pass by.

Intellect turning them into beats and rhythms of maturity and
wholesome goodness, a purity of the Divine that is everlasting,
going with us to the other side of life's curtains.

Undetected by anyone until the grasp of understanding hits us
like a slap in the face with it's intense sorrow and intensity
of the loss of another's life whom we've loved all our lives.
