Pensive About This Cage Thats Me - Poem by David Knox

do i have your permission
not yet o i see im in complete submission
my mission not to die
condemned never to fly
never to fly away
not even for a day
trapped here
never out there
what is like
is it like those day in which i used to hike
or i have never truly seen
anything more then my suncreen world
heh if you dont understand that
why even get a pat
on the back for something you never did
sure sure i never did either
but i never got now did i
my misson not die
my misson not die
condemnned to stay
