People Abuse Recovery Programs Poem by Terence George Craddock

People Abuse Recovery Programs

self doubt
insecurity
is a very normal

very real
human condition
it can crush

destroy sensitive children
plagued with violent
dysfunctional parents

abusive parents
drug dependent parents
even indifferent parents

not coping
not caring
not nurturing

goal orientated parents
trying to live their dreams
in their children's talents success

stepping through childhood teenage years
stepping through minefield expectations
is not easy be kind to chance meet strangers

be thoughtful kind tolerant
supportive of difficulties
passing through friends

childhood teen years
is a transition metamorphosis
help sow good lives
