People's president

Remember a giant
Great man of present age
Learned and legend
We pay homage and send good wishes

Not only on this holy land
But all world
His name was shown with golden ink
It is matter for pride and compels us to think

The great embodiment of our national strength
He always upheld the role of youth
Advocated to provide all facilities
And leaned on their capabilities

"The missile man of India" as popularly known
He was respected for simplicity shown
In living and in presenting great nation
The defense of India has solid foundation

Nation has no words to pay
As his memory has long spell to stay
He stood not only as people's president
But as glowing star among all personalities to present
