Perpetual Noise Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Perpetual Noise

The sound from the running brooks soothes.
The sound from the running trains pricks.
One is like voice and in concord;
The other is noise and in discord.

Listen to voice and avoid noise.
Make no noise; observe silence
Noise affects eardrums and the brain.
It may lead to deaf and dullness.
