Pertobe Poem by Francis Duggan

Pertobe

Rating: 5.0

In the sunny blue sky just a few clouds of gray
It is such a beautiful November day
In the park playground children laughing as they play
Earthly Utopia from here cannot be far away
The calls of the waterbirds familiar to hear
And the songs of the blackbirds melodious and clear
And the warbling notes of the birdswho sing all through the year
The magpies are singing on trees to me near
Nature in her good moods such joy to all bring
In Park Lake Pertobe on this beautiful evening inSpring
The park looking so green after the recentrain
With such beautiful weather how could one complain
The capeweed and daisies in their millions to be seen
A beautiful contrast among Nature's green.
