For the past nine days I have spent my time,
At Sage in Golders Green,
Enjoying the Passover,
In April Two Thousand and Fourteen.
Recently out of hospital,
And learning to live anew,
Taken up and down in lifts,
By Nurses and Care Assistants too.
What has the Future in store for me?
Will it be easy or hard?
To prepare meals, shop and survive,
In Bushey ~ my new “Back Yard”.
A Disabled Flat awaits me,
But for wheelchair users it is not,
Designed for the Disabled ~
My actions I shall have to plot.
Each step of my Future life,
I shall seek help from YOU,
My Faith continues daily to grow,
As YOUR plans for me I view.
