Petals Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

Petals

Tonight she blossomed,
her tinsel silver hair
fell like Niagara
onto the pouting peaks,
and in the valley of all shade
there was a hint of wet
and then pink petals opened
whispering, so glad we met.
