Petals Rain At Moolight Poem by jodde taylor

Petals Rain At Moolight

Flowing toward moonlight
petals fall in vain of
searching secret inspires
translating in a glimpse of a rising eye.

Winds frequent, blow with moving tides
stroking against the shadow of breezing trees
effortlessly, taking away a flame
so comes, the rain.

Petals rise and fall in sequence
darkness, comes through a hearts ocean
heights of fragility;
tame a wild substance.

Never ending, moments find silence
brilliant in somber tones
sweeping across the middle of nowhere
watching ancient curses.

Flourishing in the midst of a storm
sparkles, burn bright
outstanding embers
which once awakened in shades of a memory.

Laughter reigned in this, the lost paradise
where all was not forgotten
pulling our jeopardy,
we fell into the sky.

Once lived a fairy tale
carriages flew with every strength
as penetrating ventures, incurred our breathing fire
loving endlessly, now an eternity
we shall search, to find each other again.

Death will see us to our never ever after
hands of time, will empty the pockets
of falling stars, when we learn to love
and begin another season of roses.

Maybe falling rains
will bring back a moonlight
hiding from our hearts
and there I'll see your face once more.
