Pink Grapefruit

So you wonder-
what exactly does the
'pink'
do?
Is it extra sweetner?
A change in texture?
Flavor enhacer perhaps?
You can't wait to have
its flavors dance upon
your tongue
And when they do
you realize that
'Pink'
refers to color only
It's still grapefruit
It's still bitter
Unfortunately,
a change in name
does not transform
anything.
