Pinky Poem by Ima Ryma

Pinky

I am the dolphin called Pinky,
Seen down Louisiana way.
Humans say albino I be,
So blood vessels show on display,
Pink through my skin with no pigment,
Due to mutation of some gene.
On this I just have no comment.
Humans are weird from what I've seen,
Always meddling in nature's why
That some of us are set apart.
I prefer staying out of eye
Of humans who think they're so smart.

To be or not to be, I think,
I just do be and do be pink.
