Playful School Days Poem by v.m.saraswathy munuswamy

Playful School Days

Rating: 5.0

In the beautiful mirror of past
I see images of school days
Glances of buddies
Played on the ground

Tried clay models for exhibition
Drew and painted pictures
With lots of watercolour and crayons
Sowed seeds kept away the tiny birds
Wonder struck to see the sprouts

Once in a week revamped the shelves
Read mills and boons, chicken soup
Readers digest, Jane Austen
Active nature observers
Never to miss the sun rise and sunset

Gossiped popular serials and DD programmes
In the mirror of present
Such reminiscences reflects
Playful days and carefree life
