Playhouse Considerations
Windows and doors and a roof of our own
Candy striped our delight playhouse oh so
Much we wished for you dear little space
A small porch with hydrangeas
A liveable space
For secretive children
Who still loved their house
But wanted their own
With its own Christmas mouse.
And there near the lilacs, by moonlight shaded
We'll stack all the cushions
We happily raided.
