Please Don'T Poem by Michelle Dickson

Please Don'T

Rating: 5.0

Please don’t look
Please don’t see
Please just let me be.

Don’t come into my room
Don’t try to get close
Don’t try to keep me from my dose.

Please go away
Please just turn around
Please for I am heaven bound.

Don’t try to stop me
Don’t try to sway me
Don’t try to save me.

Please just leave me alone
Please don’t apologize
Please don’t antagonize.

Don’t say that you care
Don’t say that you’ll miss me
Don’t say that you’ll go with me

Please just this once
Please that’s all I ask
Please I swear this is the last.

Don’t look for me
Don’t search
For I am at the church

Please don’t cry
Please don’t weep
Just smile as I sleep.
