Poetic Spirit
It's been a while since the last time I wrote.
I can't remember how to rhyme anymore.
I'm just out there, in the middle of nowhere,
searching for a clue to lead me back to my roots.
It just feels like,
I lost the ability to express myself.
I lost the voice that I used to have.
I lost that little spirit I had,
while I took a break to find myself.
