How gracefully the branches dance,
in fluid form upon the breeze;
to mesmerise and to entrance,
in utter peace and gentle ease.
How delicate each fern that lifts,
to waltz upon the windy arms;
And float upon the placid drifts,
with sweet ethereal olive charms...
Each twirling leaf that spins to tune,
the abandon of each swaying palm;
Each bowing branch that starts to croon,
soothes my soul with faith and calm..
I step into the gentle breeze,
to join the dancing of the trees...
