Poetry Is Madness
Believe me or not,
Poetry is but some sort of madness,
The men of normal behaviour write it not,
Just the men of abnormal behaviour write it,
Those who are normal may not,
But the people with the strains and streaks of madness
Definitely fall under.
Poetry is but madness,
A type of madness
And the people crazy after name and fame
Are the poets and the poetesses.
