Poets Wax Poetic Poem by Terence George Craddock

Poets Wax Poetic

poets wax poetic consuming own mind
in poetic vision burning midnight oil
in spontaneous combustion imagination
which still hunts consumes thought will
not be quiet despite day hard labours
throughout day into darkness gathering
candle lit night poet burns bright flames
in poetic thought illuminating glorious

golden light flickers
in darkness night
as poet wax's poetic

poets wax poetic
consuming own mind
in poetic vision

burning midnight oil
in spontaneous combustion
imagination mined
