Poets Writing Universal Topic Themes With Epic Insight Poem by Terence George Craddock

Poets Writing Universal Topic Themes With Epic Insight

to read or not to read that is the question
reading is not writing a poet must write
to write or not to write that is the question
without reading writing is poetry lacking...

a paradox obvious read write a poetic ratio
a poet must read extensively to write well
a poet must read widely selectively to write well
a poet must understand what is read to write well...

a poet must write often to write well
a poet must write with feeling to write well
a poet must write with emotion to write well...

a poet must write with rhythm to write well
a poet must write with pathos to write well
a poet must write with creative style to write well...

a poet must write what poet knows to write well
a poet must write with depth understanding to write well
somewhere at some time a poet must read to write well
a poet must write often in time extensively to write well...

but then you already knew this
a poet who does not write is not a poet
this is a once was poet now is not poet...

a once upon a time poet a dead poet
if exceptional leaves poetic echoes
catchy hook emotive awakenings...

universal appeal ever current
evokes captures themes ever topic
rare wisdom word epic insight...
