You sleep so peaceful,
Snug and tight.
Sleeping so securely,
Night after night.

In your warm bed,
Dreaming delightful dreams.
But tomorrow night,
To be swapped for screams.

No half measures,
For you the full show.
My malice and madness,
On you to bestow.

On those I visit,
I forever mortify.
I'm never ceasing,
Unseen to terrify.

I've changed my mind,
Right now I shall start.
And it's just too bad,
If you have a bad heart.

Now I'll begin! ...
