Poor and helpless suffer

Why anyone, especially the politicians should be shown the leniency?
particularly when it has been established clearly
that they were involved in the corruption
causing so much loss to the nation

despite being the rogue state and partial judiciary
they have upheld the justice in the country
judiciary should not allow the politicians to hijack
and every time stake the claim for impunity

why have they become uncontrollable?
lose the hate campaign and call
for the open confrontation
on the name of liberty and freedom in the nation

they get an easy bail
and thus avail
an opportunity to temper with the proof
on finding guilty, they should be kept aloof in prison

the bail should not be for the long period
for such influential and wrong people
the hearing must take place immediately
and sent behind bars if proved guilty

millions of cases are pending
and these people waste the court's time
this sends the wrong signal
for those unfortunate people
