Possessed Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Possessed

Rating: 5.0

Hell,
give me the power
not to love.
This terrifying affliction
that destroys
the countless emotions
of sanity.
The powerful seizure
of the body
needing another.
The sickness
of wanting.
Bring him to me,
charged with the felony
of seduction,
wild eyes, and sweet
mouth..
I drink too much
wine, the nectar
of love.
I am possessed.
