Prayer Requests! Poem by Denis Martindale

How simple are the ways to pray, so simple I pray night and day,
I don't go on and on and on, until my faith gets spent then gone.
I think how this world needs God's love, in truth, it just can't get enough,
Yet if we prayed, what would God do, to bless the Gentile and the Jew?
Jerusalem stays on my mind, its peace, of course, will bless Mankind,
Each prayer request's a miracle, that's why I pray for one and all.
To many, prayer brings awesome power, amazing grace for every hour,
Ask those who pray and get rewards, you see, they love the Lord of Lords.
Ask those who pray for precious things, you see, they serve the King of Kings.
Join those who pray for guidance now, that God will help each one somehow.

For such is God, who truly cares, and listens closely to our prayers!
