Prayer Warriors Not Prayer Worriers! Poem by Denis Martindale

So many times, when times were tough, God didn't seem that close,
And yet, since then, grace proved enough, such that my faith now grows.
Gone are the times and tests of old, defeated one by one,
The greatest story ever told helped me to find God's Son.
The promises that Jesus made stream now from Calvary,
Continuing, because He prayed, for all eternity.

Prayer warriors don't pray alone, they join across the globe,
Their prayers ascend before God's Throne, that's why we pray with hope.
Recall Saint Peter and Saint Paul! And spread Good News around!
Rejoice in each new miracle, so praise reports abound!
Our love proves more than hope or faith, and this love comes from Christ,
The only Saviour who can save! Hosanna in the highest!

The Love Prayer poem got shared on Revelation TV's
Lunchtime Live on the 20th of April 2023 and was
followed by presenter Nikki Mills telling viewers how
Prayer Warrior and the spelling as Prayer Worrier can
lead to some confusion. Several times in the show there
were testimonies of some who have experienced worry.

Faith, hope and love, the greatest of these is love, so
there will be times that some will be stronger in love, as
well as faith and hope, to join with others who are called
into a powerful ministry of prayer. Even so, the poem is
a request for more praise reports for answered prayers.
