Precedent Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Precedent

Precedent

This is not a defence,
Neither is to confess,
Simply to compare
A Trump's precedent.

When younger, teenager
With friends of same age
Visited brothel…

We, young and curious
Must have had our reasons,
One of mine was reading
A book called "Fahesheh."

The book was story
Of an abused woman
And becoming slave
To expose body, sell.

See no need to further
Talk about that woman.

Such women after time,
Body and, respect lost
Forget their dignity,
Shame flies in the wind.

Once when I showed muscle,
Easily lifted weights
That were set on a bar,
Felt being the lord of
All the males, females, there!

Saw one of the women
Standing with her hands
On two sides of frame
Speaking with a friend.

Her back was attractive
I approached and touched it
With my mid, genitals…

She became precedent
For Trump, president,
When trumpet trumps
It can raise nasty dust
Of anger and revenge!

Limited her power,
And away from shame
Talked dirty, threatened.

Then, I was wrong, sorry
Though my heart was clean.

Now-a-days the news
Keeps saying of Trump:
"He is unprecedented! "

To me, he, and that whore,
Were, at first, victims but
Became pimps, professionals.

We need to read that book
To search for core of cause
Of the fault and the wrong.

Guess they are greedy
And selfish, and needy
For kindness, forgiving.

"Forgive them, " said Jesus
And this is our nature…

But, of course, if they too
Learn to bow and respect
To others lives and ways.

That woman, I forgave
And hope she, did the same.

But Trump…he is shame
To the world, USA,
Forgiveness is question.
