You'll see what makes it all worthwhile.
You can see how fragile life can really be,
As you gently hold them so delicately.

A precious smile is something you gaze upon,
When you really need a reason to go on.
You can see the innocence in their face,
As they continue learning about this place.

Their precious smile will be like a gift,
As you are down it should surely uplift.
As you deal with life and try to cope,
One look you'll know that there's hope.

With the precious smile you can see,
That we will all be able to be set free.
As you're confused and try to understand,
Just know that life will be in good hands.

As the precious smile reflects back at you,
You may wonder what exactly to do.
As the human race continues to thrive,
Now you know it'll be able to survive.
