Promise Poem by Marc Goddard

Sometimes for different reasons, people have to be apart,
although we're not together, you are always in my heart.

Every single moments filled with thoughts of love we shared,
I'm still longing for the day, when again our hearts are paired.

I know it won't be very long, but until that day arrives,
I'm sending you this poem, with all my love inside.

When our day does come around, and again we are together,
I will love you even more, and this time, it's forever.
