Promises
I promise to always be there
To catch you when you fall
Or to chase away your nightmares
And kiss away your tears
I promise to always love you
To hold you deep within my heart
Or to rock you to sleep at night
And be there when you wake up
I promise to wait for you at the gates of Heaven
But take your time my love
Even if I have to, I’ll wait for an eternity
I promise I’ll wait for you no matter what

A great promise of eternity. I do realise the beauty and melody of your every write. In my poem THE HYMN OF MERCY I have written 'You are to make me promises you are to fulfill the promises'.
