Protect The Child Poem by Randy McClave

Protect The Child

Every child's life matters they say
Every child's life matters every single day,
Here and there and in our care
Every child's life gets our prayer.

They scream let's fight for the child
That lays in their mother's womb,
Let's save it from a doctors instruments
That will send it to its tomb.
Let's save the child's very life
Even before that child is ever born,
Let's save it from those evil doctors
To which away the fetus is ripped and torn.
Let's past laws in our great country
To protect our every unborn child,
They are created and stitched together by God himself
Unto each one, he has smiled.
Let's fight for the created/ born child
That cries scared and hungry every night,
That child that no one ever cares to hear about
Especially about their hunger, sorrow and their strife.
Let's also fight for the child
That's getting shot and murdered at home and in school,
Let the country follow God's golden commandments
The rifle the hand gun is indeed a devilish tool.

Before, we start making golf courses safe
Before, that becomes our number one case,
And before we find any other actions or cure
Let's first make our kids' lives and schools more secure.
