Pure Innocence In Rhythms Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Pure Innocence In Rhythms

Remembering songs being sung when a mere child, loving
to sing them, finding a clear and pure innocence in
their words as rhythms enticed our minds.

Tantalizing our impressionable brains and intellect,
teaching them toour children and Grandchildren, giv-
ing them the same pleasure we enjoyed as children.

Same way with nursery rhymes we loved to recite day in
and out, sing-song little voices that portrayed an
innate talent.

One of knowledge and wisdom, learning morals from some
of them, taught right from wrong at the same time, it
was a wonderful way to learn through music and songs
