It's natural to expect the match to extend.

Tennis or football or any game where
One who scores more's declared the winner
Disappointment appears on people's faces
When a game's one-sided and finishes fast.

Maybe some enthusiasts go with other ideas
One may have a favorite expected to win
If result's otherwise it'll be heartbreak
Maybe others have different expectations.

Better prepared bestowed with some luck
Will always win a game or a contest
For a person who watches the event
Quality of every move must matter not the result.
