岭上问浮云，彼端距地几千几
阁中回朗月，此处离天三尺三
春天柳絮风，柳绿桃红荷妩媚
冬日梅花笛，梅香酒烈梦沉酣

On the ridge
I asked the floating cloud
how many thousand kilometers
did your distance from the ground

In the pavilion
I answered the bright moon
this place was three feet three
distance from the heaven

In spring
wind of the willow catkins
willows are green
the lotus blossoms are enchanting
peaches are red

In winter
the plum blossom flute
fragrance of the plum blossoms
wine is strong
dreams indulge themselves
