Questioning Death Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Questioning Death

Rehearsing death's funeral march, trudging through life,
searching for meaning or reasons for one or the other.

Opposites always, what lies between?

Can we fathom an answer or must we only guess and surmise
of how it must be?
