Questions Poem by D.N. Rebb

Questions

Dream of the price of life,
While we face that answer
In strength through voice n' tears

A dream?
To dream of quest
A quest of hope
If hope is all one has
When one can't simply cope
A price?
The price is trust
And trust is earned
Earned through honor
When honor is, yet, returned
A life?
The life to love
And a love to live
Live for the reason
Any reason you give
A face?
The face of innocence
Descending on the heart
A heart that cares,
Caresses those key aspects
An answer?
The answer is…
The answer is hidden
It's hidden in the story
A story that hasn't even been written
A strength?
As strong as Goliath's David
Underdog tales, always more moving
A movement to conquer
A conquest for a true king
A voice?
The voice of recognition
Cognize the problem
If the problem isn't real,
Reality will relaunch from the bottom
A tear?
The tear from joy
Or a tear from pain
Aspects that make us all human
As mankind chooses not to explain
