Quiet Moments

There are times, when I crave
quiet moments by myself. I'll not
even take a call. I want the feeling
of complete relaxation, just do
nothing, at all. I'll sit in a room that's
dimly lit, so my mind can be clear
and free. To sit and think of nothing
and let nothing, be a bother to me.
When pressure builds up, you need
a way to let it go. You have to have
an outlet, if you don't it's bound to
show. Take some time out. It doesn't
matter where you choose. Just make
an effort, to be by yourself. You'll have
everything to gain and nothing, to lose!
