Quiet Moments Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Quiet Moments

Watching as the day is slowly folding itself into a darkened
night, stars starting to sprinkle the sky above, moon smiling
brightly as it takes it's place earths atmosphere.

Keeping guard all through the night, lunar forces affecting
tides here on earth, its reflection hovering over the ocean
in its softened light shining upon the ocean's surface, in
quiet moments before waves break upon she shore once again.
