Rabbits With Beards Poem by John Paul Butler

Rabbits With Beards

Rabbits with beards
Always give me the weirds
Then l'm deranged
And mad and estranged
Suffering the loons
Like in cartoons
Especially as fakes
Just give me the shakes
But compared to those coneys
Wearing phoneys
I find that l can cope
With the jackalope
Though the hares in their flares
Took me unawares
